1. Equipment Overview
   1. Production line brief :

The one-to-one full-automatic face mask machine is composed of a mask body machine and an ear band machine. An automatic conveyor and a connection machine are added. When the mask body is outputting by shaping machine, its transported to the turning mechanism by the conveyor belt,and then turn the mask tray over to the conveyor belt which is connected to the ear loop welding machine through a tilting mechanism,Next,the mask bodies are then delivered to the first mask tray on the front of the welding machine's conveyor .Finally, putting the mask pieces into the mask tray of the ear loop welding machine by pressing down the cylinder.Subsequently, the ear loops welding machine completes the ear band fusion, wrapping and other actions.This production line adopts ultrasonic welding method ,PLC, touch screen control;main conveyor belt adopts single-phase motor transmission, stepping motor turnover; with accurate transmission, stable control and adjustable speed.
